We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Continuous Improvement team as a LEAN Facilitator. If you enjoy optimising processes, driving efficiency, and making a real impact, this role is for you!
As part of our Business Improvement Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business, applying LEAN methodologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate process improvement events – from problem-solving workshops to Kaizen events
- Work closely with teams and management to drive efficiency and best practices
- Use LEAN tools (5S, SMED, Spaghetti Diagrams, A3, PDCA, VSM) to improve workflow and performance
- Enhance production layouts to optimise material flow and resource use
- Develop visual management tools to track progress and highlight success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Someone with a shop floor background (welding, machining, assembly, pipefitting, etc.) is preferred.
- A problem-solver who enjoys making processes smoother and more efficient
- A great team player who can engage and influence colleagues at all levels
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of LEAN principles (or a willingness to learn!)
