Role: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for all activities related to production, service delivery, and productivity to ensure all necessary requirements are met.
- Oversees the development and improvement of processes to meet objectives and manages talent, facilities, overall service delivery, and safety programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Progressive production experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Extensive leadership experience.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical proficiency.
