Job Description
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of drivers and logistics coordinators to achieve operational goals.
- Transportation Planning: Develop and implement transportation schedules, routes, and delivery plans for maximum efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor team performance, address any issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Problem Solving: Tackle operational challenges such as delays, accidents, or routing changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to provide updates on deliveries, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- At least 2 years of experience in a transport or logistics management role, with proven leadership skills.
- A solid understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

- Experience with transportation management software or logistics tools.
- A valid Forklift license would be desirable.
- The ability to work flexible hours as required by the role.
