An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial Operations Team on a maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales teams by managing essential administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on revenue generation and growing our commercial business.
Contract Duration: Maternity cover until 31st January 2026
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing crucial day-to-day administrative support for the Hospitality New Sales, Renewals, Women’s, Group Sales, Tours, and Venue Sales teams by handling non-sales tasks to allow them to focus on driving sales.
Assisting with major projects from concept to delivery-such as Seasonal Hospitality Renewals, Concerts, and Matchday Hospitality On Sale-for various products (Men’s, Women’s, Groups, Resellers, etc.).
Supporting the Sales Team in processing inventory and ensuring all necessary approvals and governance standards are met for complimentary tickets, Club Inventory, client entertaining, and charity requests.
Assisting the Reseller Sales/Account Manager with processing 93:20 and bulk inventory, and handling ticket queries to enable Sales Managers to concentrate on sales and client relationships.
Using Zendesk to manage multiple inboxes, distributing sales enquiries promptly, and ensuring timely responses from appropriate teams.
Monitoring hospitality inventory across all product groups, managing availability in Unify, coordinating seating arrangements, and enabling prompt system responses for all events.
Providing operational support for Women’s Hospitality, leading setup and testing, and collaborating with the Women’s Sales Lead on process efficiencies aligned with Men’s Hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or a similar qualification.

Experience in sales or fulfilment environments, with a strong understanding of consumer and B2B sales dynamics and product delivery.
