Contracts Manager
About the role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be working as part of our contracts team, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to design and deliver traffic management projects. This wide-ranging role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients and local authorities. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience is required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce technical traffic management drawings
- Project manage key client sites
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain access to their networks
- Work closely with our operations team across all depots
- Attend site meetings and surveys where necessary
- Manage customer relations, including resolving any queries
What good looks like:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CONE Software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Driver’s Licence with minimum or no points
