Contracts Manager

About the role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be working as part of our contracts team, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to design and deliver traffic management projects. This wide-ranging role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients and local authorities. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience is required to succeed in this role.

Salary: Salary range is dependent on experience. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce technical traffic management drawings
  • Project manage key client sites
  • Liaise with local authorities to obtain access to their networks
  • Work closely with our operations team across all depots
  • Attend site meetings and surveys where necessary
  • Manage customer relations, including resolving any queries

What good looks like:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CONE Software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Driver’s Licence with minimum or no points
