We’re looking for an Event Ticketing Manager to join the Ticketing team at The O2, who are responsible for selling tickets for our events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full ticketing event cycle for your individual roster of shows. From manifest through to on sale and event day requirements to include ticketing settlement.
  • Be responsible for the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocation to retain required venue sell through percentage.
  • Monitoring of ticket sales and ensure these are maximised at all times for both on and off manifested inventory.
  • Liaising with Promoter ticketing departments and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with relevant experience in Ticketing in one of the following: Account Management, Client Services Manager, Ticketing Manager, or Box Office role.
  • Someone with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of ticketing systems and processes.
  • Someone with experience of working for another venue, ticket agent, or for a Leading Concert Promoter.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

Where:

You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
