Hybrid Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and media savvy EA to support a successful young entrepreneur, influencer & podcaster with businesses across the fashion, health and wellness, AI, and media sectors. Supporting in a business and private capacity, but initially focused more on the business side as trust develops, as EA you will liaise with a team of 3 other staff (Head of Podcasts & Socials, another podcast employee and a Video Editor) as well as with the entrepreneur’s fashion brand office (30 staff), providing good collaboration. This is a hybrid EA role, usually based a couple of days a week from the Principal’s home in South West London and the remainder remote, but with flexibility around the Principal’s needs. Key responsibilities for this EA role will include typical business duties such as diary, inbox and travel management, communication and admin support, as well as assisting with events, brand deals and social media. Private duties will include restaurant and holiday bookings, household management, staff recruitment, caring for and walking the dogs (2), general errands, and helping with a forthcoming marriage and house move. The client is seeking someone with Founder level business and private experience, ideally supporting a creative entrepreneur. Experience or interest in fashion is a real bonus. You must be comfortable with a constantly changing start up type environment and be dog friendly as the Principal has 2 dogs.
