Key Duties of the Health Care Assistant role include:
- Providing personal care when needed
- Assisting the service user to take prescribed medication
- Preparation of snacks and meals according to the service user's likes/dislikes
- Supporting with daily activities
- Housekeeping tasks: bed changing, meal serving, tidying rooms etc.
