Job title: Civil Design EngineerJob Type: Contract/PermStart date: ASAPSalary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £40-£55 per hour Inside IR35 or £40,000 – £55,000 pa DOELocation: BristolHours of work: Up to 40 Hours Per WeekMonday- Friday 9:00-5:30pm/ Hybrid Working AvailableApplicants must have experience of the following: • Bachelor’s or master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.• Working towards or recently Chartered with the ICE, IStructE, or with equivalent experience.• Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design.• Working familiarity with relevant technical Codes of Practice and Industry Standards (Eurocodes, British Standard, and ETC-C the applicable code for HPC/SZC).• Proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a multicultural team. • Agile and self-motivated, with a focus on improving personal and team performance and able to generate innovative outcomes to challenges.• Experience working on major infrastructure projects and can demonstrate ability to deliver high quality work packages to schedule.• You enjoy new challenges and are keen to learn and willing to take responsibility whilst also wanting to support others within our team.• Experience working in a highly regulated industry based in the UK, e.g. nuclear. Ideally applicants should also have: Role information: We are looking for motivated and innovative Civil Engineers to work on the design of nuclear powerplants, as well as our future pipeline of projects.
