- Drive continuous improvement in artistic output by identifying areas for enhancement, refining feedback loops, and pushing for excellence in all visual elements.
- Develop and manage a structured mentorship programme, where senior artists support mid-range artists and mid-range artists mentor juniors.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new artists, improving documentation, workflows, and training materials to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Define and implement standardised tools, processes, and training frameworks across all studios, ensuring consistency in approach while allowing for studio-specific creative needs.
- Explore the role of AI tools in the art pipeline, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and improve production speed.
- Act as the primary escalation point for the art team, proactively identifying and resolving challenges that could impact delivery timelines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the art function.
