- Accurately process assigned weekly and monthly payrolls
- Ensure timely payments to third-party vendors
- Collaborate with the payroll team to maintain and manage shared mailboxes
- Perform daily payroll report checks for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and implement employee hierarchy changes
- Create and manage job posts, ensuring proper placement within the organizational hierarchy
- Administer pension schemes
- Managing pension opt-outs and processing refunds
- Handle HMRC-related queries and submissions
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries via the shared inbox and by phone
