Solicitor – Public Law & Private Litigation
Our Public Law & Private Litigation team focus on matters such as:
- Article 2 Inquests (often involving state related deaths and deaths in custody);
- Public Inquiries; and
- Civil Claims against public bodies, including claims under the Human Rights Act 1998.
Consistently ranked by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, the team are keen advocates for access to justice, and one of the very few in Wales to hold a Legal Aid contract for this type of work.
