With a powerful online presence and a rapidly expanding customer base, this business is looking to take its lifecycle marketing to the next level. Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the full email marketing strategy using KlaviyoBuild and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandonment, re-engagement, etc.)Write clear, engaging, conversion-focused email copy aligned to the brand voiceManage campaign scheduling, segmentation, and deliverabilityAnalyse performance data (open rates, CTR, revenue per send, etc.) and optimise accordinglyCollaborate with design and product teams to create compelling assetsEnsure all communications are GDPR-compliant and follow best practicesContribute ideas and strategies for growing the channel as part of a wider marketing effort About You:3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environmentProven expertise in Klaviyo, including automations, segmentation, and analyticsStrong copywriting skills with a commercial, customer-first mindsetComfortable working independently and owning the channel end to endConfident in a small, agile team and open to working closely with directorsExperience in small-to-medium-sized businesses is highly desirableStrong analytical skills and a drive for continuous testing and optimisation Apply Now You can apply for this role of Email Marketing Manager now by sending us your CV or giving us a call.
