What You’ll Do?
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling Loqbox’s partnership efforts. You’ll be at the heart of building strong, meaningful relationships that drive our member growth – whether that’s through optimising affiliate performance or working on more complex technical integrations. You’ll work closely with partners to understand their goals and find creative ways to deliver value for them and our members.
You Will:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact and working collaboratively to align on shared goals.
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships, ensuring they perform well and contribute to business objectives.
- Support and execute strategic partnerships, including API integrations and technical collaborations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing optimisations
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to integrate and track partnerships smoothly
- Monitor and analyse key partnership metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and drive member growth.
- Ensure best-in-class measurement and reporting, bringing transparency and accountability to partnership performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities, helping to shape and refine Loqbox’s partnership approach.
Who You Are?
Experience
- You have 3+ years of experience in a partnership management role in a high-growth environment, ideally within fintech or a similar industry.
- You’re comfortable working on API-based and technically integrated partnerships.
- You have experience with affiliate programs and understand performance marketing.

- You’re skilled at relationship-building and know how to create win-win partnerships.
- You’re a strong collaborator and communicator, able to influence decisions across teams.
- You’re highly analytical, using data to inform decisions and measure success.
