The purpose of this role is to lead the service delivery of dedicated client accounts within the People Solutions practice.Key Tasks & Duties Leading multiline clients as a technical and trusted advisor, ensuring client retentionUnderstand clients benefit requirements and develop a strategic approach to benefit programmesEnsure renewal timelines are met, market reviews undertaken and policies placed in advance of renewalReview service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolveSupport the broader development of insurer relationshipsEnsure compliance requirements and internal controls are fully metPeer reviewer/technical oversight of associate consultants and benefit analystsSkills & Knowledge CII Qualification (desired)Proven track record of effective stakeholder management Proven experience in UK mid-corporate benefit broking/consulting environment Exceptional client relationship skillsCommercial/value-add mindset
