Senior Programmatic Client Services Manager
This role would suit an experienced Client Services Manager with at least 5 years programmatic advertising experience gained in a Digital Agency or AdTech environment.
Initially starting out as a 3-month contract paying between £250-£300 a day with the potential for the contract to be extended and even made permanent.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management, Client Service and Support: Interfacing between the commercial and tech/adops departments to create a holistic working team. Specifically, liaising with our sales, trading, tech, creative teams and clients to ensure effective campaign set-up, progress, delivery and reporting.
- Owning and running the day-to-day accounts and their individual campaign requirements.
- 1st line contact with agency clients, responding in a timely and effective manner proactively and reactively in accordance with client needs.
- Gain a thorough understanding of clients inside out and be able to talk at a senior and technical level on factors affecting their business, potential impacts and how to create more value.
- Ensure all projects undertaken are transitioned into and managed effectively by the team. Delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
- Ensure that all necessary administrative paperwork is completed, including weekly status reports, contact reports, forecasts/estimates and post-campaign analysis.
- Maintain regular dialogue and check-ins with clients.
- Escalate potential issues immediately to ensure swift resolution.
- Cross check teamwork for mistakes/errors to ensure anything sent to clients is accurate.
- Provide reporting, commentary and recommendations proactively for individual campaigns.
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team.
- Financial: Protect, grow and generate new income streams and client revenue.
- Ensure smooth financial management of your accounts; month-end billing, and ensuring all tasks are completed by yourself and the wider team.
- Effective financial planning and management for clients ensuring that you are always on top of a budget that can continuously move and be replanned.
- All procedures are adhered to, such as purchase orders acquired and shown on invoices.
- Understanding remuneration contracts and profit expectations of the business.
- Strive to achieve financial targets and margins associated with each account.
- Provide financial forecasts each month via internal systems and clients with accurate granularity.
- Regular forecasting using HubSpot. Timely reporting management of changes against forecast.
Programmatic Media Planning:
- Develop comprehensive programmatic media plans aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify target audiences.
- Produce innovative, insightful, creative and compelling evidence-based proposals to meet client briefs in coordination with the sales team.
- Interrogate client briefs and utilise planning tools to deliver plans that will attain client KPIs.
- Foster strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders on your accounts, leading meetings where required and supporting wider client services team.
- Assist the team in developing new products and services – this could range from identifying a new planning tool to recommending a new form of media that we want to add to our offering.
- Enhancing performance reports and PCAs with expert knowledge and recommendations.
- Key focus on distinguishing key insights from data, and driving a story led response. Whether a brief response, key reports or a PCA.
- Development of strong presentations that address client objectives.
- Understand Programmatic campaign success measurement opportunities and the tools that are involved in this.
- Constantly keeping up to date with industry technology development, trends and new suppliers.
- Experience of CTV and/or linear TV planning would also be a distinct advantage.
