Job Description Business Change Partner (Finance Transformation) Job Type: 2 year FTC, Full-time, Flexible Working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) We are seeking an experienced Business Change Partner to join our client and lead the successful delivery and adoption of change within their finance transformation programme. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the organisation’s change management needs, creating strategies to maximize employee adoption, and minimizing resistance. You’ll oversee a programme-wide view of multiple change initiatives, managing their collective impact to ensure seamless transitions. By focusing on the people side of change, you’ll play a vital role in helping the organisation achieve its desired business outcomes, ensuring projects are embraced and successfully implemented. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of business change strategies for the finance transformation programme. Assess change impacts and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful project transitions into operational use. Manage transition processes and mitigate risks associated with change.
