Job Description Business Change Partner (Finance Transformation) Job Type: 2 year FTC, Full-time, Flexible Working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) We are seeking an experienced Business Change Partner to join our client and lead the successful delivery and adoption of change within their finance transformation programme. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the organisation’s change management needs, creating strategies to maximize employee adoption, and minimizing resistance.
