Customer Service Adviser

Our client are a fast growing Tech company who provide IT & Comms technology to a range of business UK wide. With various locations throughout the UK they currently have a position available for a Customer Service Advisor at their Pencoed site. Main duties: * Taking inbound calls from client who need tech assistance. * Triaging each call efficiently * Log detailed tickets to ensure technicians can work quickly * Attempt basic trouble shooting where appropriate * Updating clients * Escalating urgent requests to specialists To apply: * This role would suit someone from a contact centre background (this is a H.O role not a contact centre) due to the volume of incoming calls. * Candidates need strong written and clear verbal communication skills * Comfortable using CRMs * The ability to work calmly under pressure. * Candidates with IT/ Comms experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full time permanent role. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. This is a Head Office role, candidates wishing to apply must be available to work in the office during those hours.
