Forest Bridge School (FBS) is a school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder located 20 miles outside of London in the charming town of Maidenhead, which opened in 2015. Incorporating a carefully designed in-house FBS curriculum based on the Science of Behaviour, academic and accredited curricula, and Preparation for Adulthood outcomes, we are a unique setting for advanced and early learners. We pride ourselves on our multi-disciplinary approach to learning with an emphasis on tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of each individual pupil.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Senior Behaviour Analyst will lead and manage the ABA provision at Forest Bridge School. This includes overseeing the implementation of high-quality ABA-based learning and behaviour support, providing mentorship and support to ABA Supervisors, and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent communication and implementation of school policies. The role also involves contributing to the School Strategy and Development Plan. The Senior Behaviour Analyst will support the delivery of training to all staff, monitor and maintain data collection methods, and ensure that the use of ABA is always child-centred and compassionate.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; Board Certification from BACB to BCBA or BCBA-D level or UKBA (cert); Registered with the UK-SBA (or willing to be); Recent Leadership training; PCM (Professional Crisis Management) Instructor (or willing to be).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience mentoring a team of Behaviour Analysts; Minimum of 5 years successful track record of supervising the learning targets of children and young people with autism using ABA; Experience in writing effective Education Plans/Annual Reviews/EHCP reports; Experience in developing effective behaviour interventions and managing challenging behaviour; Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and in a school setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent teaching and rapport-building skills with children and young people with autism; Ability to work independently and make timely and ethical decisions under pressure; Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; Ability to use data to monitor, evaluate, and review decisions and outcomes; Confident in delivering training and presentations; Able to build and work within a collaborative team; Committed to the principles of ABA, education, and continuing professional development.
