Business Development Manager – Radio Sales

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our client’s national sales team, managing key agency relationships and delivering creative media solutions. You’ll be responsible for selling a diverse range of national radio brands across various revenue streams, including airtime, digital, video on demand (VoD), and partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Key Relationships: Oversee a portfolio of agencies and their clients, ensuring professional representation to maximise revenue.
- Drive Sales: Sell our client’s national radio brands by developing creative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet overall group targets.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue and communicate progress within the team.
- Proactive Business Development: Follow up on every lead through innovative and proactive initiatives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Activation, Editorial, and Finance teams to optimise business delivery and ensure minimal financial discrepancies.
- Policy Adherence: Implement equal opportunities and HR policies across the team.
