Site Manager, York

We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Site Manager to join a site in York for a refurbishment project. The site will require someone for approximately 3 months. We are looking for a Site Manager who ideally has live environment and refurbishment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
• Working to RAMS
• Monitoring quality and progress
• Coordinating direct and indirect (Subcontractor) personnel
• Leading and delivering against project programme for key milestones such as CML’s
• Liaising with internal departments
• Ensuring high quality records, reports, and paperwork are maintained and completed in a timely fashion
• Regular liaison and site updates with the Contracts Manager
• Regular liaison with the client

Qualifications:

• 5 day SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid Certificate
• Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level HNC/HND/NVQ
• Ability to use IT systems
