  • Assist with the production of promotional materials including prospectus, brochures, leaflets, postcards and newsletters.

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Trust and schools websites. Ensure that websites are up to date at all times.

  • Photo editing using Photoshop. Layout creations using InDesign. Creation of school logos using Illustrator.

  • Edit videos and presentations as assigned.

  • Assist with the management of the Trust’s accounts on social media.

  • Assist with the organisation and implementation of events, such as photoshoots and video shoots.

  • Conduct research to support PR planning.

  • Write, edit and proof-read copy for use in print and online.

  • Capture images and audio using video, still cameras and audio equipment.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills appropriate to the need to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other professionals

  • Excellent IT skills and data input i.e Word, Excel

  • Organisational Skills

  • Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

  • Salary – £12,313.60, moving to NMW for age after year 1

  • Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 4 PM / Friday 8 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Annual Leave 27 Days + Bank Holidays
