Senior Consultant

The team you'll be working with:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant's who are starting out in their consulting career, we need consultants who are able to support our organisational transformation projects. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will contribute to planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement within the scope of change initiatives, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Support change management initiatives working with methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci or APMG Change Management Foundation.
• Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks.
• Provide recommendations based on insights from change assessments and surveys.
• Refine and align change strategy drafts with organisational objectives.
• Design targeted intervention plans and lead small-scale implementation efforts.
• Manage specific workstreams within larger initiatives, such as communication or training.
• Support the development of restructuring frameworks, workforce transition plans, and adoption strategies.
• Track early adoption feedback and assist in measuring cultural transformation through surveys.
• Provide input into the customisation of change management methodologies to align with project goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and digital transformation developments.

What experience you'll bring:

• Formal change management qualification such as Prosci, APMG Foundation & Practitioner, ACM Foundation.
• Supported a change or transformation team, including role outs and workstreams.
• Experience in executing change or transformational deliverables.
• Ideally previous experience working within a consulting environment.
