Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form Role Profile Salary Scale 6, Point 12 – 17 (Actual Salary £27,711 – £30,060 per annum) Contract Full time 37 hours per week, Permanent Three shift patterns, including 6:00am – 2:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm and 2:30pm – 10:30pm Required As soon as possible Required As soon as possible About the role: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Deputy Site Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and secure school environment. You will oversee the general upkeep of the buildings and grounds, manage minor repairs and maintenance, and supervise a team of site assistants. Key duties include ensuring school security, health and safety compliance, overseeing lettings and line manager responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in site management or facilities maintenance, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
