Learn more at digitashealthldn.com . Overview We are seeking a Strategist to join our ambitious team. You will be curious, creative and analytical; comfortable working with data to identify insight, have experience of brand and comms strategy, and the ability to express the complex simply. Having you on board will help power our thinking, our creativity, our work and our client’s brands. As a Strategist at Digitas Health London, you will support the strategic lead to develop and champion brand, creative and experience strategies and plans. You will advocate a People Powered, customer-focused approach and use research and data to distil insights and inform strategy, design marketing pilots, engagement plans and holistic omnichannel programmes. Whether your experience is in brand, experience, social, email, data, or paid media; whether you’ve worked as an analyst, junior strategist or in mid to senior account role, we are interested in hearing from you and exploring your potential to join our strategy team. Responsibilities Support strategic leads through a range of discovery, audit, and analysis workstreams to inform strategy creation Identify insights, audience needs and engagement opportunities, based on data sources like keyword analysis, social listening, competitive analysis, primary and secondary research, and synthesis of existing materials Help identify business opportunities and points of brand differentiation based on competitive analysis and category insights Leverage knowledge of quant and qual research techniques to support strategy creation Inform and support primary and secondary research Create strategic decks, insight reports and performance reports Support the development of creative briefs, experience strategies, journeys and ecosystems that address brand challenges, market dynamics and audiences needs and motivations Develop integrated paid, owned and earned strategies to achieve specific business or customer objectives Partner effectively with senior strategy leads, following their guidance and direction Support the development of meaningful partnerships with clients, to interpret their strategic opportunities into digital-first brand experience Tell great stories and construct beautiful, simple strategic presentations Distil strategies into insights that inspire distinctive creative solutions Contribute to and help facilitate workshops and working sessions Work independently and entrepreneurially with limited but guided oversight Collaborate effectively with the internal team to ideate, problem-solve, and succeed Qualifications You have an analytical and strategic mind, with proven experience in strategic marketing You are a self-starter with experience working on a wide range of accounts and projects; ideally in an agency environment Able to take most client requests in your stride – with a calm approach regardless of the deadline Ideally you have direct healthcare experience; if you don’t, you can connect what you’ve learned outside of healthcare into this industry You have experience across the range of touchpoints, channels and platforms leveraged by the pharmaceutical industry You are motivated by a desire to help health brands deliver value and better experiences to their audiences You understand current trends in audience engagement, can apply those trends to the healthcare space and HCP engagement You are a creative problem solver, who brings a fresh perspective to any challenge You have a keen interest in analysing all sorts of data and good skills in Excel You have a basic understanding of data and tech platforms, data strategy, and measurement planning Additional information Digitas Health has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
