NMR 360 stands for Nursing Medical Recruitment. We have recently joined forces with Bleep 360 hence the name NMR 360! NMR have been established since 2019 and we are a specialists Healthcare Agency providing permanent jobs to healthcare professionals, mainly supplying to the Private Sector, including Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Care Homes across the UK.

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Generating and qualifying nurses for permanent roles
2. Approaching and liaising with clients
3. Managing clients and closing placements
4. Maintaining a good understanding of the private nursing market
5. Identifying and utilising business opportunities
6. Liaising with candidates and managing their expectations
7. Negotiating terms of business
8. Adhering to all internal recruitment processes and policies
9. Maintaining a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the NMR values
10. Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients
11. Liaising with regional team leaders and managers
12. Updating spreadsheets as required
13. Diary management for all candidates

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have relevant experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in nursing or social care
2. Be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
3. Have an excellent telephone manner
4. Be self-motivated, financially driven, and accustomed to the resilience required for recruitment
5. Be driven by KPIs and hitting sales targets
6. Possess excellent written communication skills
7. Be eager to gain career development
