What It\’s About
In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group’s Capital Markets Team responsible for all fund finance related aspects of both direct and secondaries strategies across Partners Group’s Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, Private Debt and Private Real Estate asset classes. Facility types include subscription, NAV, hybrid, evergreen liquidity lines, SMAs and investment specific financing backed by fund.

What It\’s About
In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group’s Capital Markets Team responsible for all fund finance related aspects of both direct and secondaries strategies across Partners Group’s Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, Private Debt and Private Real Estate asset classes. Facility types include subscription, NAV, hybrid, evergreen liquidity lines, SMAs and investment specific financing backed by fund.
For this unique opportunity, we need a person who works well in a global organisation and is a self starter with strong interpersonal, communication and execution skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Efficient process management including structuring and negotiating financings across different products and asset classes
• Serve as an important markets and structuring advisor to portfolio management and investment teams
• Maintain and expanding relationships with banks, institutional investors, legal counsel and other market participants
• Working with senior team members on day-to-day transactions
• Proactively generate value enhancing ideas for existing funds
• Leading team initiatives and proactively identifying areas for improvement

What We Expect

• 7+ years of fund financing and/or capital markets experience in a leading bank, asset management firm or law firm
• Proven track record of structuring and negotiating financings across different products and asset classes
• Excellent understanding of the fund financing markets including understanding of various products (e.g. subscription lines, NAV facilities, etc.) and execution processes
• Understanding and negotiating experience of facility documentation, ideally in more than one market (Americas, Asia and Europe) and asset class
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Network in the private markets\’ community, among lenders, GPs and law firms
• Team worker with self-drive and a strong desire to contribute and make a difference
