The students range between 10 and 16 years old, and face a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, and challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The students therefore need an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge!
