Service Controller Location: Leeds Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum plus other company benefits Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Ref –27258 We are recruiting an experienced Service Controller for our client’s leading supplier workshop in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller to join a state-of-the-art workshop, great team, and site that offers training & promotion opportunities. For this customer-facing Service Advisor opportunity, you must have experience preferably within a car dealership Service department as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop. Service Controller role: • This Service controller position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop. • Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advice on cost, time scale, and what exactly will happen. • This customer controller role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service. • Dealing with invoices and preparing estimates • Maintaining control of parts in the service department • Deliveries • Warranty returns.
