We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to support some of the most complex and challenging activities. Your future role at QRT The Investor Relations team is expanding and is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Investor Due Diligence Analyst to join in London. You will support a Senior IR team member with the operational due diligence process. Your future role within QRT includes: Liaising with the team lead in relation to the ODD process Responding to due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc queries Organising and maintaining ODD information, such as questionnaires and ODD documents Supporting in the logistics and scheduling for investor ODD meetings Facing off with investors Managing relationships internally and externally, offering support to team members where required Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks Being an advocate for the firm, offering the best service at all times Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1-2 years of experience, ideally in an ODD function High attention to detail and organisational skills Team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambitious with the right ‘can do’ attitude Ability to deal with high volumes of work, which need quick attention Ability to operate in an extremely fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
