Unique opportunity: New Level Results works closely with leaders, owner-managers, co-founders, large corporates and teams to provide coaching support aimed at improving work/life balance and leadership capability, by fostering a coaching culture and continuous learning. Key to our amazing results is our ability to map and track the impact of coaching. We also support a dynamic community of coaches to build successful and sustainable coaching businesses by working closely together to differentiate in the coaching marketplace.

If you have your own business as a Life coach, Business coach, Executive or Leadership Coach, with a desire to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the capabilities of individuals across a range of sectors and disciplines, then we would like to talk to you about our unique opportunity and coaching approach. We have changed the lives of thousands of individuals, thanks to our unique methodology and we have ambitions to do even greater and bigger things in the coaching space.

We are looking for a qualified coach with a good pedigree and background experience, who is growing or has a huge desire to grow their client base and is able to bring real value to our client proposition. We currently have a diverse group of highly talented, high-calibre coaches who all joined us because something was missing and they wanted to be part of a business like ours, which is rapidly expanding.

If you are ambitious to build your coaching practice by working closely with our growing business and at the same time, benefiting from proven practices, shared ideas and CPD within our vibrant community, then we would like to hear from you.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from a range of backgrounds.
  • You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, influencing, and fearlessly challenging leaders and managers at all levels on behavioural change that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value.
  • Passionate about changing people's lives through coaching.
  • You want to benefit from being self-employed and being part of something bigger than just you.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Min 1+ years' coaching experience.
  • Entrepreneur mentality with a real desire to develop the business and clients you want for yourself.
