Description –
Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Presales Enterprise Architect to design, implement, and optimize IT solutions for end-user computing, print services, and collaboration tools at the Edge, enabling a proper Hybrid workplace solution. This role ensures innovative, scalable, cost-effective workplace solutions tailored to client needs. The Enterprise Architect aligns IT strategies with business goals, creating seamless, productive, and secure environments. This position requires expertise in enterprise architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and collaborative work with various departments. The role requires up to 60% travel to meet with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a hands-on approach to delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Early client engagement with the Services Sales Specialists/Sales Account management/professional services teams. Create compelling solution outcomes and be the visionary for our clients; in the pursuit phase, create proposals and content lead customer presentations. Assist with the statement of work and contract negotiations, as needed.
- Solution Design: Design scalable, secure, innovative enterprise-level solutions across cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and application platforms. Develop high-level, detailed architectural designs aligning with industry standards and best practices. Tailor solutions to meet customer-specific needs while maintaining compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Manage solution-related communication with the customer. Function as the customer\’s trusted advisor for the solution. Consult on and manage communication with internal teams and executives.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company\’s strategic goals.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling technical proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Managed services portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years in industry. Master\’s degree Preferred.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role working on large complex engagements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in Managed Services.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in government, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Experience in Enterprise Security policies/processes and solutions.
Certifications (Preferred):
- TOGAF, Zachman ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, or equivalent.
