Are you passionate about improving health outcomes and driving transformative change? Join NCL ICB’s Strategy and Population Health Directorate as a Service Development and Integration Lead, working across the innovative Live Well and Age Well portfolios.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference for NCL’s 1.7 million residents by enhancing community and mental health services—a priority identified in the Darzi report. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will help set the standard for what’s possible locally and contribute to shaping national healthcare strategies.

You will report to the Head of Community and Mental Health and work closely with the wider Live Well and Age Well teams using your strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to:

  • Lead with Purpose: by driving transformative projects and programmes that deliver measurable benefits aligned with our vision of providing high-quality, sustainable health care for NCL residents through innovative population health-based approaches.
  • Turn Strategy into Action: through working collaboratively with our system partners to develop high-quality delivery plans and implement key priorities.
  • Unlock Potential: by creating and managing benefits realisation plans, enabling us to demonstrate the system impact of investing in community and mental health services.
  • Deliver Excellence: by providing detailed, insightful analysis and reporting to track milestones, manage risks, and inform decision-making at all levels.
  • Inspire and Influence: by driving innovation in community and mental health service development, representing the organisation at key meetings and empowering your team to excel in their roles.

NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) is a statutory body responsible for planning and allocating health and care resources to improve the lives of people in our five boroughs: Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, and Islington.
