Head of Service Operations – IT Managed Services
Our client is a highly successful IT managed services provider based in Lancashire. Established for well over 10 years and with an excellent reputation, they continue to grow rapidly.
Role Overview: Reporting to the board and responsible for the business service operations, this role will comprise of the day-to-day management of a well-established service desk team and the wider service strategy, including areas such as compliance, budgets, operational and team development, systems development, performance management, and reporting.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in a similar service operations or service desk management role, including 1st and 2nd line management.
- Current experience working in an MSP environment.
- Exposure to strategic and operational planning in an IT service environment.
- Experience as part of a Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- An inclusive management style with a passion for driving professional development in teams.
- Extensive experience of devising and managing KPI & SLA agreements and reporting tools.
- ITIL v4 certification.
