Leading commercial firm have a new opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join their commercial contracts department.
This busy team are based in Milton Keynes and are seeking an individual to manage a non contentious commercial contracts caseload. You will already be working with a City or regional practice, have an excellent academic background and be a team player. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

Managing agency, distribution, franchising, data protection, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property

You will also gain exposure to partnerships and LLPs, competition law, asset finance and consumer credit matters
You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts.
