Experienced and skilled Precast Production Manager to join a dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced precast concrete production manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our concrete production process. This role will be responsible for ensuring that concrete products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to meet planned works and customer demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete manufacturing, operational management, and team leadership.

CONTENT:
Oversee and manage all aspects of precast concrete production operations on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, taking a proactive role in promoting a safe working environment.
Supervise and coordinate with delivery and production team, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
Collaborate with works delivery and project management colleagues to plan and execute operations according to work-schedules and orders.
Conduct and record factory control procedures.
Create and monitor safe systems of work and risk assessments including competency and safety procedures and work requirements.
Monitor and inspect equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Keep accurate records of production activities, maintenance checks, and safety incidents.
Report progress and any issues to project managers and works delivery managers.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations and safety procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Solid experience in precast concrete operations with minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete production or a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Valid SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) certification or Construction Manager SVQ Level 9 CSCS or equivalent.
Experience in operations of batching plant and equipment, press machines, vibration systems.
