We are seeking enthusiastic skilled grill and pizza Chefs to become part of our exciting journey at Farmhouse Grill & pizza. As part of our kitchen team you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high -quality – pizzas, grilled meats, and other delicious menu items .Ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to food safety and quality meal preparation. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering delicious grilled dishes., * Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station and surrounding areas, following food safety protocols.

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection while minimising waste.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices as needed.

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Ensure ingredients are fresh and food is prepared in a clean and organised area.

Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment, particularly grilling appliances, is advantageous.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation is essential.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.

A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new grilled dishes is highly valued.

Assist in stock management, including receving, storing and rotating ingredients.

Flexibility to work shifts including evening and weekends

Strong cooking skills with the ability to work on multiple stations (grill, pizza oven, fryer).
