Job Description:
Orion are partnering with a leading Renewables Company searching for a qualified heating engineer to become an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer. Our partner has their own training facility and will give you full support in reaching this goal.
The Air Source Heat Pump Engineer role will involve servicing and breakdowns of renewable heat pumps. Prior experience as an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer, including fault finding and diagnosing faults, will be an advantage. Previous renewable heating experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will be provided with the necessary training.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the right Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to take the next step in the heating industry and to adapt and keep pace with the growing future of renewable energy.
A current WRAS and Unvented Hot Water System qualification would be desirable. However, training will be given to the right candidate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating or the equivalent.
- Unvented.
- FGas certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in working on Heat Pumps.
The Air Source Heat Pump Engineer role includes:
