Hays is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected charitable organisation to recruit a strong, proactive HR Advisor – a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation that is committed to serving communities and supporting those in need. Your New RoleReporting to the HR Business Partner, you\’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, working closely with managers across the organisation to deliver expert advice and drive positive change. Your responsibilities will include: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including performance, absence, and capability management.Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies to help shape effective teams.Advise on organisational design and team structures to align with strategic goals.Deliver meaningful HR metrics and analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams including Recruitment, Reward, Payroll, and HR Systems.Contribute to HR policy development and training initiatives.Lead or support HR projects aimed at improving processes and service delivery.Stay up to date with employment legislation and best practice.Deputise for the HR Business Partner when required.As HR Advisor, you will be confident and comfortable working autonomously, managing your own diary/workload. You will hold the ability to build credible relationships, assessing the level of support needed across various stakeholders, and ammending accordingly.
