Lucy is looking for a detail-driven Creative Artworker with strong packaging expertise to join an established London-based studio team working across FMCG brands. We’re on the lookout for a Creative Artworker who understands how to translate great design into beautifully executed, print-ready artwork. You’ll have experience working with complex brand guidelines, large SKU ranges, and the technical knowledge to ensure consistent roll-out across packaging formats.
As a Creative Artworker, you will:
- Collaborate with the Creative Artwork Lead to implement design systems consistently across a range of pack formats.
- Adapt master designs into artwork templates that balance design intent with production practicality.
- Take ownership of building final artwork from approved concepts through to press-ready files.
- Help develop and maintain style guides, ensuring they are usable and scalable across a high-volume product range.
- Work closely with design, artwork and retouching teams to ensure visuals are technically sound and visually consistent.
- Support the studio across design and artwork tasks.
- Take part in range reviews and be accountable for file accuracy, quality, and version control.
- Troubleshoot and flag any limitations or production issues that may affect design integrity.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Solid studio experience as a packaging artworker or designer, ideally in FMCG.
- Expertise in packaging artwork production and a deep understanding of print processes and technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, colour separation, spot colour channels, and final file setup.
- Experience handling complex product ranges with a large number of SKUs.
- A meticulous eye for detail—across photography, typography, layout and technical execution.
- Confidence in adapting designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- A calm, collaborative approach and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
