As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role delivering innovative engineering solutions for a range of clients bringing fresh ideas, technical rigour, and hands-on leadership to every project. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading systems engineering workstreams across the full lifecycle – from concept and requirements capture to design, test, and delivery
- Engaging directly with clients to understand challenges and craft tailored solutions
- Driving integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) strategies on complex, safety-critical systems
- Translating high-level needs into clear technical documentation and system architectures
- Supporting bids, proposals, and technical presentations as part of a broader consulting team
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle
- A strong track record in integration and validation of complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to consult, challenge, and collaborate
