Our Contracts Key Accounts Division is the fastest-growing area of the business - and we’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join the team as Delivery Consultants.
You’ll be guided and coached by Josie Baber (Head of Delivery), one of our most experienced leaders, alongside a supportive team who’ll help you learn everything you need to thrive in recruitment. No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you. All we ask is that you’re motivated, positive, and excited to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and speaking to candidates within the life sciences industry in German, French and English
- Learning how to manage job vacancies, build talent pipelines, and match people to their perfect roles
- Building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the interview and hiring process
- Gaining insight into how global life sciences businesses hire and grow
- Working closely with experienced recruiters, learning how recruitment works from the ground up
- Accessing industry-leading training and 1-to-1 coaching to help you build confidence and skills quickly

- Strong communication skills - you enjoy speaking to new people and building connections
- Organised and reliable, with a good eye for detail
- A curious mind - someone who asks great questions and wants to understand how things work
- Fluent German speakers are highly encouraged to apply, though this isn’t essential
