12 month FTCMon to FriSalary plus car/allowance and HealthcareHybrid role – home based with travel around EnglandHere at ISS, as one of the leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our Social Value resource integrated with a very high profile new Account, going live in Autumn, with a public sector customerIn addition to our standard FM service lines, a key addition will be around Social Value, delivered by a strong mobile team of Social Value Advisors who will be doing the day to day practical delivery across client sites and other buildings within the UKHere, as the Social Value Manager, you will line manage this team, while manging the development and implementation of the ISS Social Value PlanWorking with various key stakeholders within ISS and from the client side, this is a fantastic role for an established Social Value Lead to further develop their career, ingrained within one of the largest Social Value FM contracts in the UKThis is an FTC role to cover maternity leaveActions will include:Ownership of the ISS Social Value Plans at a regional level for the contract and responsible for delivery of all social value commitments over the lifecycle of the contract.Responsible for collating all social value data (qualitative and quantitative) to demonstrate performance and progress against the Social Value SPIs on the contract, as well as social value created.Represent Social Value within the ISS / Customer Community Interest Group, driving collaboration across both organisations, along with key internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and communities.Drive high performance and continuous improvement of the ISS Social Value programmes and commitments for the contract, in alignment with the ISS Social Value Strategy.Stay up to date with upcoming legislation and local needs for social value, ensuring the programmes delivered to the customer follow best practice and are relevant and meaningful to the communities we operate in.Manage the regional team of seven Community Managers, ensuring that they are supported to deliver social value commitments through the regional Future Careers in FM Hubs and manage relationships with key stakeholders.Support the Sustainable Communities Director to deliver CCS reporting requirements.Support the upskilling of internal and external colleagues on social value knowledge and commitments for the contract, as well as across the ISS Government sector.Liaise with ISS Central Functions (e.g. People & Culture) and Operations Performance (e.g. Supply Chain & Procurement) to ensure that the contract requirements are supported and enabled for delivery, utilising ISS best practice processes.We need from you:Clear, and extensive Social Value experienceLine management experience requiredAny experience within public sector contracts would be very useful
