  • Support the development and implementation of individual support plans and strategies. * Provide advice to enable students to make choices about their own learning, including information about opportunities, support mechanisms and organisations available.

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other internal and external agencies/professionals, teaching and senior staff, to support achievement and progress of students.

Inclusion Support Worker required for secondary school based in South Woodham Ferrers. If you have experience supporting learning and supporting children with SEN needs this role would be suitable for you., * Previous experience in an educational setting such as secondary school.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students families, and school staff.
