Seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a background within a generalist role,

Supporting Employee relations e.g. absence management
-
Have a working knowledge of HR policy and procedures and advising managers on day-to-day HR matters like recruitment, Maternity, Flexi working etc.

Get involved in HR projects

Good working knowledge of MS tools like Excel (is essential) and power BI will be an added advantage but not essential.

Responsible for the department admin support and Payroll checks etc.

Responsible for EHS and Training support as part of the role
