Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver briefings, toolbox talks, and other project-specific sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to address client needs.
  • Prepare, review, and manage HSEQ documentation (e.g., RAMS, Quality Plans, ITPs, and Check Sheets) for approval prior to project initiation.
  • Update and maintain HSEQ documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all site team members are fully informed of contract requirements.
  • Manage and distribute project documentation to relevant team members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project records.
  • Oversee projects to ensure safety, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
  • Work with surveyors or commercial managers to address variations, delays, or project extensions.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to secure the appropriate project details.
  • Promote and implement best practices in all project phases.
  • Supervise the installation of compliant fire protection systems and solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, certification requirements, and manufacturer instructions.
  • Provide training and onsite technical briefings to installation teams to enhance expertise.
  • Engage directly with clients, confidently resolving construction-related queries.
