Main Accountabilities
- Design Support: Assist the design team in creating digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, and corporate documents.
- Brand Consistency: Help maintain Addison Lee’s brand guidelines by ensuring all creative outputs are on-brand and visually cohesive across all platforms.
- Digital Asset Creation: Develop engaging digital assets for use across web and email, with a focus on delivering visually compelling content.
- Print Material Design: Support the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral – preparing files for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and commercial teams to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs.
- File Management: Organise and maintain design files, ensuring all assets are saved and catalogued appropriately for future use.
- Feedback Integration: Revise and adjust designs based on feedback from the Head of Brand & Design and other stakeholders to ensure optimal results.
Requirements:
- Experience: experience in a design role, either in-house or at an agency, including internships or freelance work.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects, which demonstrates creativity and technical skills.
- Creativity: Ability to develop fresh and innovative design ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision in executing design tasks, Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production processes.
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Time Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on a range of projects, from fast-turnaround briefs to larger, more strategic initiatives – supporting wider Marketing team on seasonal Activations & Events.
Desirable:
- Photography/Video: An interest in photography, videography, or basic editing skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, as well as the ability to adapt to different types of design projects.
- Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) would be a bonus.
