Key Responsibilities:
- Work with restaurant GM’s in your region to plan and organise events
- Build a strong network of businesses and local communities to maximise sales opportunities
- Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
- Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business, using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
- Continually drive sales through private bookings and events
- Marketing of the restaurants through social media accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Ownership of inbound sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
- Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
