Deputy Manager - Childrens Home

The children's home in Ilford currently supports two young people, with the capacity to care for up to five, depending on the matching process.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help lead the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are upheld
• Building strong relationships with children, staff, families, and external agencies
• Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments effectively
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, supportive team culture

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare – essential
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a children’s home
• A full UK driving licence is highly desirable
