Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing for the UK business across Event, Host SaaSSmart Book and Host Commission only.
- Consolidated invoices for Business SaaS.
- Customers Accounts Payable: Posting Supplier Invoices, preparing and chasing for receipts.
- Cash management including chasing debtors and weekly update of Satago.
- Cash Transfer Report for business credit and client to current account.
- Client account reconciliations and current accounts reconciliations.
- AdHoc: Assisting the operations team with ad hoc tasks from time to time and supporting the commercial teams with finance-related queries.
- Personal: Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organisations.
- Enhance department and company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job and department.
Requirements:
- Some knowledge of accounting terminology.
- Excellent mathematical & organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication & administrative writing skills.
- Experience of Xero, Satago, Santander, Air, Hubspot (preferable).
- Experience with bookkeeping (preferable).
- Knowledge of accounting rules and legislation (preferable).
